Found in the 1.0.0 docs review: packages/ui/panels.ts sentences overstate (lines 19, 23, 32, 33, 37); format.ts shows the rundown in the studio machine's zone, not the station's; every episode block says "Live" (schedule/blockHtml.ts); CardEditor.svelte says the square is always Slate (wrong since ADR-0179); LogEditor.svelte and EpisodeEditor.svelte point at a Reports screen the app lacks; Settings › Updates says a rolled-back version is not offered again, but it is.
