LiveKit 1.13.x's embedded TURN relays from its IPv4 node address and refuses an allocation that arrives over IPv6 (livekit/livekit#5131). On Cloudron the app domain gets an AAAA record whenever the server has IPv6, so relay-only clients on IPv6 networks cannot join. Follow the upstream fix or offer coturn.
